Passing the CPHH Torch

Passing the CPHH Torch

Not just a Collaborative (CPHH) Holiday Party! What a wonderful evening, a celebration of almost 7 years as Chair of this amazing Collaborative community of professionals! I am in my 32nd year of practice, but becoming a Collaborative professional in 2007 shifted the entire trajectory of my career! I am grateful! And it only got better when I joined CPHH!! It has been an absolute honour and privilege for me to be Chair of this compassionate devoted practice group! Time to pass the baton and looking forward to the beginning of a new chapter with Stefanie and Megan, stepping in to take on the position of Chair 🤗 Collaborative is alive and well thanks to our founder Stu Webb!

As the Chair of CPHH (Collaborative Practice Hamilton Halton), we facilitated a Collaborative Workshop last week (Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2020) at the Art Gallery in Burlington. 27 Collaborative professionals attended to be the first to learn about the new Client Resource Binder that CPHH Development Committee has been working on for the past year! We had members from Toronto, Peel, Niagara, Hamilton, Brantford attend the Workshop!
